"Warranty Got Handled, But Felt a Bit Dismissed"
I had an issue with a part on my bike and reached out to their warranty team. They did sort it out quickly, which I appreciated, and it wasn’t a huge hassle since they just asked me to send some pictures. That said, the whole interaction felt a little dismissive at first, like they were just trying to move me along. In the end, it got handled, but the customer service could’ve felt a bit more personal.

"Bike was actually in stock"
I saw the bike listed as in stock online and, assuming the inventory was accurate, I headed over to check it out. It was actually there, which was great. The only thing was one accessory didn’t seem to be updated in the system, but overall the bike availability was right

"I stopped by Erik’s Bike Shop while…"
I stopped by Erik’s Bike Shop while I was looking around for a bike, they had a good selection. Lots of different brands and styles, which was helpful, and I liked that it was easy to compare sizes without feeling totally lost. I did notice there weren’t as many sale bikes in stock as I was hoping for, but still, the overall experience was solid. Good place to browse if you’re trying to figure out what you actually want.

They kept me posted the whole time, maybe a little too well, like someone behind the scenes was making sure everything stayed on track. Not complaining though, it all went smoothly and I had no issues.

Prices seemed fair to me, and I felt like I got good value overall. I usually go by a simple rule of thumb: if the quality matches what I paid and I don't feel ripped off afterward, it's a win. This definitely checked that box

"Works okay, but I’m not totally sure about it"
It works fine overall, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but the quality doesn’t feel quite as good as I expected. I keep wondering if I’m judging it too harshly, because it does the job, but I still feel like it could be better.

"Pretty easy pickup overall"
I ordered the bike online and picked it up in the store. It was ready when I got there, and the staff helped me give it a quick check, which was nice. I did have to wait at the counter for a bit, but it wasn’t really a big deal. I’m not totally sure if it’s always that smooth, but overall it went well and I’d probably use pickup again.
"Bike Fit Made a Real Difference"
I had a bike fit done at Erik’s and overall I’m really glad I did it. The guy helping me took his time, looked over my riding position, swapped a few small things around, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The only downside was that it took a little longer than I expected, but I’d rather have it done carefully than rushed. My next longer ride felt way better, and I didn’t have that knee ache I’d been dealing with, so it was definitely worth it for me.

"Helpful and Easy Bike Buying Experience"
So... I had a really good experience at Erik’s Bike Shop. I wasn’t totally sure what size bike I needed or even which model would make the most sense for me, but the sales guy was super helpful and actually listened. He didn’t try to push me toward the most expensive option, which I appreciated. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without getting too deep into bike jargon. I ended up buying a bike that feels like the right fit, and the whole process was easy. I’d definitely shop there again.

"Showed up in great shape"
Package came in clean and wasn’t smashed up at all. Like I said, everything looked well taken care of. The bike parts were wrapped up good, nothing was loose, and I didn’t see any scratches. Like I said, I’m happy with it.

Erik’s Bike Shop has a decent mix of accessories, but like most bike shops, they never seem to have every little random thing you’re looking for. The prices were normal too, nothing that made me feel like I found some amazing deal. The website was easy enough to use, so no real complaints there. Overall, it was just kind of an average experience.

It showed up later than expected, which was frustrating. I get that delays happen, but it feels like companies should be more upfront about shipping times instead of leaving customers waiting.

"Support took a bit, but they sorted it out"
One of the items in my order showed up missing a small part, so I had to reach out to support. It took about a day to get a reply, which was a little annoying, but maybe they were just backed up or something. Once someone did respond, they were actually really helpful and got the missing part sent out quickly. Not a perfect experience, but they fixed it without turning it into a whole ordeal...
"Easy order and all the right parts"
I ordered a couple bike parts from Erik's and everything in the box was exactly what I picked out online. The sizes and items were all correct, which I was a little worried about at first. I'm giving 4 stars because the packaging wasn't nothing fancy, but nothing was damaged either. Overall, it was a easy order and I wouldn't have no problem using them again.

"Easy site, quick checkout"
The site was easy to use. I was just trying to find some bike stuff and didn’t want to spend forever clicking around, and luckily the filters actually worked well, which is always a relief. Pages loaded fast too, so I wasn’t sitting there waiting and getting annoyed. Checkout was simple, no random confusing popups or weird extra steps, just kind of smooth from start to finish. "Easy to Book, Just Wish Weekends Had More Options"
Setting up my bike appointment was simple. I was able to pick a time that fit my schedule without a lot of back and forth, which I appreciated. It felt kind of like booking a haircut, a dentist appointment, or even a quick oil change — just choose a slot and you’re good. The only thing I’d say is I wish there were more weekend times available, especially for people juggling work, errands, kids’ stuff, grocery runs, or just not wanting to squeeze it in during the week. Other than that, it was a smooth experience.
